Should I buy this Crown Vic

Hi Scotty.
I enjoy watching your YouTube channel very much.
I recently located a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Interceptor with about 26,000 miles on it at a dealership in Rhode Island. From the photographs, the car appears to be in exceptional condition. The dealership is asking for $14,995. If the car is as good as it appears to be, would you say it is overpriced, and if so, what do you think is a fair price for this vehicle?

The vehicle is way overpriced. If the car checks out I would offer a max between 8 and 9 thousand.

Im not scotty but love crown vics, 14K for a crown vic is way overpriced. You should be paying 10k max, if that. It WILL last forever though if you take care of it.

Find out how many idle hours are on it also; just push the button for the Trip ODOs a couple of times and it will toggle the display to idle hours. 26,000 miles is low for a 10 year old out-of-production utility car and the idle hours are likely very low, but I would check just to be sure. Price also depends on how chopped up the wiring is and if the rear seats and doors panels are in place.

At today's prices for these cars, which is rising around me, $10,000 would be okay. $15,000 is obscene for a utility car, but then I look at prices on 2007-2008 Lincoln Town Cars with 80,000 miles on AutoTrader and they are asking $9,000+ which seems too much.

You can always look at online sellers of police crown vics at Cop Cars Online or MT Motors and see what they are selling theirs for (at least what they are asking) or look at AutoTrader to get price comparisons to a civilian Crown Vic or Grand Marquis.
