Ac overcharged and blowing hot

I have a 2004 f150 lariat 5.4. I bought it used. The motor was replaced last year prior to my buying it. It has 7k on the motor, 180 on the odometer. The air blows warm, heat works great just the ac has problems. I figured it might need Freon so I bought a can with a gauge from advance. When I hook it up, it bounces but never goes down into green. It always reads to high. And the compressor kicks of and on constantly.

Take it to an automotive ac specialist and stop messing with it.

That was a mistake. You cannot diagnose air conditioning systems with those stupid things. To start with you need a full manifold gauge set.
