Hi Scotty, We purchased a 4 cyl Honda Accord sdn. Brand new in 2015 and we currently have about 85K on it. After about a year the left side driver AC vent has been making a fluttering noise. It does it when we close the drivers door and also when driving. Never stops! The dealership under warranty and to this day is clueless. Any idea what this could be? Link to short video (7sec.). Well, I wouldn't really worry about it. There are so many little vacuum and electronic motors inside those dashes that move vent systems and when you shut the car off, they generally go back to a Fail-Safe position. You'd have to tear the old – apart to try to figure that out. It's really not worth the bother. What if it drives you nuts? You could get a sound recording device. They have long probes on them and you can probe around and try to see where the noise is coming from. But generally you can't access any of that unless you tell the dash apart
