1986 GMC S15 2.8 93000 auto
Codes 32,44,and 45
the truck is acting like it wants to stall and has no movement with gas pedal pushed down until about 10 secs later. i have to keep foot on gas to keep it running while at a stop light and is very sluggish first 5-10 secs on takeoff.

That thing is so old that it could be almost anything. I would suspect the EGR problem flagged by code 32 may be triggering the others if excessive exhaust gas is being ducted into the intake. You might also want to check basics like fuel pressure.
