My 2008 Acura MDX with 150xxx miles is saying that the oil pressure is low. I wanna try to use a heavier oil but I’m not sure which oil rating should I use. I’m currently using 0w20 synthetic oil rating. Which oil rating would be the best to use?

Stick with manufacture recommendation per your manual.
inspect the oil dipstick for proper level.
check for oil pressure
if all checks out, inspect oil pressure sensor and harness pigtail.
if determined defective replace both.....
