Hello, i have 2 questions:

1. Whenever I begin to decelerate and press on the brakes I hear a noise coming from near the drives side tire. This noise sounds like sort of like a clicking/cranking sound. I only hear it when Im pressing down on the brakes and nearing a complete stop.

2. My radiator fans needs to be replaced because it started melt and began to release smoke. I believe it is due the plastic rubbing against the center piece that controls the spin. How much does it typically cost to replace?

Thank you for your time.

Well go aftermarket. They aftermarket fans are much cheaper and they work perfectly fine. So price them out in your area. Ask for the noise. I would check the wheel bearings on that wheel and I would also jack it up in here. See a ball joints. Tie rods are okay and see if the brakes are wearing out. If they're thin, they'll often drag

Okay thanks for your expertise. I will see if i can get these things addressed.
