Scotty, My friend has a 2005 acura to and it makes this noise when he starts accelerating but only for a second when he goes from 0mph. It comes from under the motor. what could it be?

Hard to say. Automatic or Manual? How many miles? Could be throwout bearing or clutch if its a manual. Torque Converter or tranny if its an AT. Motor mount going bad. I’ve even seen the little metal shield on O2 sensors come loose and spin, and sound really annoying but work fine.
