What does it mean when all the lights on the dashboard of a car is on including the gear lights and all. I want to purchase a used 2009 Lexus RX 350 and I noticed it. Mileage - 113000 (Exempt)
Should I be worried or it’s an easy fix.
would have attached the pictures but I can’t seem to do that. Your Kind advice please.

I'm a new shadetree mechanic but if it's running wiring problem possibly. If not running then the key is in the run position and that would be normal
