Hey Scotty, I have a 2011 Rav4 4 cyl just hit the 100k mile mark, the oil has been changed every 3000 miles, has changed the serpentine belt, air filter, a/c filter and brake pads, just regular maintenance over the years, what needs to be changed or what to look for after 100k.

Change the Spark plugs, coolant and, the ATF.

What does the owner’s manual say? Also, at what mileage was the transmission fluid previously changed?
