I have a 2007 corolla. I have seen kits for cruise control to add a control lever (side of steering column) and plug in a module behind steering wheel air bag.
My corolla originally did not come with cruise control. Does the basic car come with cruise control computer tied into the car's computer, but since the option wasn't purchased at the time, these simple items were just not added?
Basically I am asking can I add these and get cruise control on my corolla or is more involved? Seems like a cheap way to get cruise control after all these years.
