Hello,
I own a 2011 Honda CR-V LX 2.4L engine, automatic transmission, with just over a hundred thirty one thousand miles. My concern is over the sizzling noise my air conditioner makes whenever I turn it on. In the past, the air conditioner unit was replaced, but that was over eight years ago. Since I noticed the noise, it hasn't grown louder or more quiet as time progressed. Is this something to worry about or is it just my imagination?

It depends what a noise comes from. It's coming from the compressor. You've got a problem in a compressor. If it's inside the dash a lot of times, expansion valves will make weird noises. Sometimes actuators and dish will make weird noises that you don't worry about as long as it works
