Air conditioning filling in a 1987 Chevy Blazer S10, 2.5 manual transmission.

Good morning Mr. Kilmer I am a continuous watcher of your videos, I would thank you for your suggestions. I have a  problem with my air conditioning, when I turn it on the engine accelerate too much, it starts blowing cold air and suddenly it starts blowing warm air, after few minutes it starts blowing cold air again, this is the patron behavior of my air conditioning. Now what bother me the most is the high acceleration in the engine when I turn on the AC. I would appreciate any suggestions about my Chevy Blazer S10, I like my truck very much, I had it since 1991, it runs very good and I am trying to keep it in the best conditions I can afford. Thank you very much in the name of all the unknowledgeable mechanic vehicles proprietors and myself.
