Hi Scotty!

2010 Toyota Corolla

130k

Automatic

Codes:

C0279 TOYOTA - Short to B+ in ABS Solenoid Relay Circuit

C1361 TOYOTA - Short Circuit in ABS Motor Fail Safe Relay Circuit

C1821 - Electronic Parking Brake Motor Failure

B1826 TOYOTA - Open In Front Passenger Side - Side Squib Circuit

Ok this has been a problem for years. Originally toyota told me their was a sensor on the right side of the car the needs replacing. Too expensive so i ignored the problem.

problem got worse after 5 lights show up: ABS, Airbag, VSC OFF, Anti skid light, BRAKE light.

take it to mechanic and he said it was the left side seat airbag. And code confirmed it was left.

i replace said airbag and now the code says right plus those other ones. Havent gone to mechanic for his opinion on this since i had to get an upholtsery guy to replace the first airbag. What gives!? This is the short version btw.. 🙁 please help!

As for the rest it sounds like you have an ABS sensor in the rear acting up. You can go aftermarket on the sensor.
