HELP !!!!! I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.3L Hemi it had been running fairly well until my battery went out bought new battery. Battery died within 3 days all lights worked No problems after installing new alternator None of my exterior lights work Please HELP

Well sometimes just replacing a battery. Can pop fuse check fuse is first but if it's not that often it could be a bad body control module which can be ruined switching batteries and that can affect lighting system as it ultimately controls that too
