I have 2015 altima with 175,000 miles and while driving when braking and making turns under 15 mph, the car wheels make metal squeeze noise. It just happened.
What is the condition of your brakes? Glazed rotors and/or lower quality pads could be the issue.. would need more description or a video of the noise

I thought it something from the suspension
Some sort of investigative testing is easy: sit behind the steering wheel, let a family-member press the front of the car down (and let come up) multiple times.
You might hear the same sound.
have your steering, suspension, brakes and bearings checked
