Exhaust smoke

I have a 2020 ford fusion 1.5 lt with 55500 miles on it. Recently every time I first start it up a huge plume of smoke comes out the exhaust. At first I thought it was just cold weather, but it’s been high 70s low 80s and it’s still doing it. I took it to the ford dealership and they said nothing is wrong that it’s completely normal for the cars to do this. Mind you I’m the original owner and it’s never done this till recently. It does have a slight burnt rubber smell to it and does linger actually travels down the street. I have no check engine light on or codes to read which is why the dealership says nothing is wrong. I believe I have a valve seal leaking somewhere either in the engine or the turbo or perhaps a bad pvc can cause this?????

Of course it could not be normal to do that unless there's a problem in the car. Somehow you're burning oil. You might try the PCV valve. That's a cheap fix, but realize Ford makes pretty crappy engines. A lot of them will do that because they're starting to burn oil
