So I've been researching what to buy for about 6 months and settled on an old 2000 or so Land Cruiser. Tried and true tech. Simple. Rust is the only thing to really worry about.
But I've seen a great deal on a 2010 Sequoia and even at American prices it's cheaper than the Land Cruiser. On the downside I expect it will be like trying to sail an American destroyer down the river Thames on these stupid tiny roads. And the engine was never released over here, so parts and taxes from America.
But the idiot part of my brain is thinking about it. You know - the bigger half. 🤣Â
Your money dude. Is it a bad idea? Probably. Will you have fun with it though? That's up to you, if you think you would get tired of it then maybe don't big brain this decision. Lol
