I got an 04 merc sable. Just got it serviced about a week ago. Flushed my steering fluid and got an oil change. Ever since, I keep hearing a loud squealing noise after I turn and when I start the car. I checked all my pulleys and to see if they are loose and are not. My cerpentine belt is old but still very strong. Is there a possibility that my steering pump is going out since I changed the fluid?

Yes. Was all the air properly bled from the steering system? I would replace the belt just as a matter of course.
