Hello, I read the couple p1310 codes on the forum but mine only has that code. The vehicle is a 98 Tacoma 2.7. It has about 332000 but the engine was swapped about 20k ago and the trans (automatic) was swapped about 50k ago. I have an cheaper innova obd reader and it showed a p1310 code. The engine sometimes stalls when at idle or first started after a week of not running. It seems to run better on higher octane gas but that could just be a coincidence. The spark plugs/wires were replaced when the engine was swapped. Do I have a more narrowed search or should I check every ignition component?
