I have a 2016 Toyota corolla with 6 speed manual transmission 111345 miles. The only thing I have done is had the oil and battery changed. Should I be doing the antifreeze? How often should it be changed?

You should change the coolant. For the pink colored coolant, Toyota claims the pink coolant lasts 100K mile or 10 years, but 50K miles or 5 years is more realistic.
