Have a 2017 Toyota RAV4 XLE fwd 2.5 AR-FE engine with 104,000 miles. Still have original PCV valve. Not noticed any oil consumption, car runs fine. Should PCV valve be changed? PCV is on bottom front of engine.

Yes, although the engineers put that valve in an awkward location, the valve should either be cleaned or replaced.
