Looking at a 2019 Toyota Sienna LE 2WD 115K former rental sitting on dealer lot. Carfax shows plenty of tires,brakes,oil,align. There is one minor body repair cost and fuel pump replaced. Besides undisclosed major body damage, what else could be going wrong? Why would the rental company give up on a roadworthy 2019 vehicle after less than 2 years? Are retired 2 year old rental company Toyotas any good?

They probably have depreciated the vehicle as much as possible. I would take the vehicle to a trusted, independent mechanic and have it thoroughly checked out to include a compression test.
