Hi All,
I know there're several posts regarding the 2019 Rav4 and its issues at the time already, but they still dependable as of 2024? We're looking for reliability and love Rav4s; the particular vehicle we found has 73,218 miles for $20,721 and looks to me that the prior owner has taken care of it.
If there're any people here who has/had/repaired one, I'd appreciate your review too.
Wow! They are extremely reliable vehicles. Realize they are the best-selling vehicle in the United States except for large size pickup trucks. They sell well over half a million of them every year in the United States. I still advise people to get normal ones and not plug-in hybrids but even the hybrids generally last quite some time

That's a reasonable price on a popular vehicle. Have a mechanic inspect it thoroughly before purchasing.
How do I go about requesting the inspection, just straight up ask them? Dumb question I know. Appreciate the response.
"Is it alright if I have my mechanic look at it to ensure it's as nice as I think it is?" A seller with nothing to hide will understand. Just be honest and remember that "this is a business transaction".
Thanks!

it's an extremely common thing to ask for. Don't even hesitate. Good mechanics appreciate pro-active drivers.
