So I been doing some research on Cadillac don't worry not buying one I'm happy with my honda civic type R but for curiosity I am looking into them.
Are Cadillac reliable cars
I know they are luxurious cars just like land Rover so they are gonna have electronic problem. My friend told me they have reliable engine so he respect their engine
Since it's made by gm do u think new Cadillac are reliable?
And what are the most common issues they face and maintaining cost a year ?
Er---
no?? They aren't reliable at all. I can't think of anything significant about the engines @Mod_Man might know but if you search Cadillac you will find that they are not built very well. Scotty has videos on Cadillac and he doesn't seem enthusiastic about it. Some of the engines are horrible due to cylinder deactivation and turbos and all that complicated stuff, but more importantly the many recalls and common problems due to quality control issues.
In my opinion, Cadillac reliability is dismal Chevy quality + more things to break + more expensive repairs + repairs that happen more often
Nope. Cadillac has completely gone downhill since the good old days. Now it's just an overpriced GM nameplate with poor reliability and expensive repairs.
It depends on what your friend's Cadillac has. Overall GM's quality been going down for decades. Most of the GM cars have transmission jerking like mad. They will have the same problems as you seen with other GM vehicles.
Remember GM, Ford, and Fiat Chrysler used planned obsolences tactic.
