Hi Scotty,
I have a 2017 Toyota Avalon XLE with ~91,000 miles ( 6-speed automatic ) and I'm the original owner. Originally the car came with a DieHard battery lasted 3 years 10 months and I ended up replacing it with a FVP battery from Big O Tires that had a 5 year warranty. This FVP battery only lasted 2 years and 5 months, luckily Big O Tires honored the warranty and replaced the battery for free but with another FVP battery. I take good care of my car and do never leave lights/electronics on and I felt this battery should have lasted longer. What is your opinion on FVP car battery quality? Should I go with another brand next time?
There are only a handful of battery manufacturers providing products for all the batteries you see on the market. FVP simply resells them with their own label. You could buy another brand and wind up with the same battery.
