Are Honda expensive to fix/Honda parts expensive?

hi Scotty,I’m looking forward to purchasing this 2006 Honda CRV with 206,379 miles on it.My relative keeps telling me that Honda are expensive to fix.Just wondering if I should purchase this vehicle?

  • MPG City/Hwy:20/25

Which part of the world are you located in? Are Honda vehicles common in your area?

No, Honda's aren't particularly expensive to repair. It is the European cars that are expensive to repair.

Your relative probably had a bad experience with a honda. That's a small sample though compared to the million others that are ight. In general, hondas are one of the cheapest to fix unless you live in a place that don't have too many of em around.

Hondas are generally pretty reliable cars. But given the age of the car, you should have a trustworthy mechanic give it a look for you. There are many wear and tear parts that should be replaced timely. Check the maintenance records. If it is well maintained, go for it.
