You are splitting hairs. They are all endless money pits especially out of warranty.

It depends on the model and year - what are you looking to buy? (Scotty says it's better to lease a BMW, Mercedes or Porsche)

I consider Mercedes like BMW. Relatively reliable, but a money pit to maintain and/or repair.
