Are remanufactured subframes any good ? I need a rear subframe crossmember and found cheap ones that are remanufactured. Should I get one for my car ?

depends who made it.
Make sure the steel is the same thickness as the original, and that the welds don't look like boogers.
if they are original crossmembers, just sandblasted and painted then they're probably fine. Make sure there's no dents or bends in it.
