2013 Mazda CX-9 Touring AWD w/ 100k miles
Is it advisable to use AT 205 even when there are no leaks? How much of the bottle should I use if just using it as a preventive measure?

No. Why would you want to swell a rubber oil seal if it not leaking, … why?

Thought putting a little might keep seals from becoming brittle

Don't use any additives for anything.

No. If your car needed it then it would already be in the oil.
