I have a 2008 Toyota Yaris, Automatic, 152,000 miles. Runs great and I plan to keep it until it dies which hopefully won't be anytime soon. The engine does not use any oil.
Have seen many videos on the AT-205 Sealant. Should I used this in my oil as preventative maintenance? Or wait until I have issues?

No, don’t use as preventative maintenance. Just stay on top of your engine oil intervals (every 5,000 miles or once a year whichever comes first) with synthetic oil and a premium filter.
