AT-205, you always talking about the rear main seal. I have a 2012 Hyundai 2.4 ENGINE, where would I put it for the main seal in the TRANSMISSION, & is that something I can do?

what is your issue exactly? Can you give specific details of your symptoms? Possibly even photos.

It would just be added to the transmission fluid. Bear in mind that you need to set your expectations. AT-205 might work and might not, depending on the actual condition of the seal. If it does work the effect may just be temporary.
