I’ve heard all the rave about AT205, and the help it can provide leaking and worn vehicles. I decided to pick up a bottle last week, for those having issues finding it- it’s on Advanced auto parts website for $24 shipped. My question today is can/should I use it slow wear to seals? I’ve got a 2012 Lexus CT200h 120k mikes no issues, would like it to stay that way as I hope to get 250k out of it. I change my oil every 5k and use a Purolator Boss filter rated at 15k. Was looking to use at 50 or 25% dosage when I change my oil. Appreciate the help and advise.
I should also add I do not mean every oil change. But once a year or so as I clock 40k annually.
Don’t add anything if there’s no issues. As long as you change your engine oil (and filter) every 5,000 miles and using an oil brand that meets the viscosity and OEM specs called out in the owner’s manual, there is no need to add anything else to it.
