What can you say about ATF Dialysis Machine? Is it worth it?

No, except if you own the garage. Here's the press release:
The Liquid Moly product is basically a flush machine with a medical word added. Like other flush machines it will take any material shed by the clutches and bands inside the transmission and often clog the small passages in the hydraulic portions of the transmission. Unfortunately, they haven't developed a "bypass" machine.
Drain, refill to refresh the additives, change the filter if accessible. There are a LOT of discussions about ATF on this site - search and you shall find.

No. Unnecessary and introduces new risks.
Drain & fill is all you need.
