Scotty hello can I use ATS Cleaner in my wife's 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan automatic with 93,000 miles to help clean up the intake valves or use the method of walnut sand blasting

If you're talking about the ATS fuel system cleaner that will never touch the valves on a direct injection vehicle. The ATS carbon clean product primarily cleans excess carbon from pistons and rings, not valves.
