As Scotty says in the video provided by Pulp Friction, you are going up against the pros at auction. If you should happen to be the highest bidder, chances are that you overpaid for a car that may have all kinds of problems.

But if you want this car as weekend toy
I wont go above 2000 maximum 3000 but other than that stay away from it
$0.00 Skip it. they were popular to mod the hell out of and and lot's of trash driving. IMHO, not worth the risk.
