AutoCheck Vehicle History

I wanted to know if anyone has gone through the same trouble or experienced fraud erroneous reports on AutoCheck by experian. I’m a DIY when it comes to maintenance with oil changes and tire rotations. I recently tried selling my vehicle and was denied a sale because a consumer pulled my vehicle history  report which reads 9/17/2019 mileage 20, 11/16/2020 29,085, 12/24/2020 8,222, it says not included in rollback calculation. On 02/24/2021 38,127. Sorry for the long post but it states that a independent repair center did a lube, oil and/or filter changed which is false I never took it to any mechanic I do it myself. Any tips on how to prove this and clear this up. I have owned this vehicle since new by the way. Thanks for any help.

call up autocheck and correct their records.

Thanks for the reply they don’t open till Tuesday but I’ll be calling up for sure. I read from a site some reviews. I probably have a better chance of getting struck by lightning than getting any help or corrections from these people. I’ll keep everyone posted. https://autocheck.pissedconsumer.com/review.html

if you kept your own records, you could show those to potential customers
