Are German cars made in Germany like the VW Arteon Better than the ones made in Mexico car? I know theyre still money pits compared to Toyotas but are they better than the Mexican and American made ones?
For american market Scotty in videos usually advises german cars that are made in Germany.
You are only referring to point of assembly. Keep in mind reliability/durability/longevity has to be designed/engineered in from the beginning well before it is assembled, so I would still not own a German vehicle made in Germany (for the North American market) without a warranty, since they were not designed to last a long time like a Toyota/Honda without turning into a money pit. Good example is the Mercedes S-class: they are manufactured in Germany but good luck owning one out of warranty.
