Hello everyone.
I have a 2008 Chevrolet Lacetti Station Wagon 1.8 petrol ZF 4 Speed automatic(ZF 4HP16, car is a UK RHD).
I had the fluid and filter changed at 46100 miles, first time it was ever done as I bought the car with 45890 miles on it. The car now has 62580 miles on it.
When should I get the fluid and filter changed next. I use the car daily and put my tools in and often heay equipment in the car. Some people say 35000 to 40000 miles, others say wait till I do another 60000 miles.
What would you do?
Thanks, Lawrence
The car never came with the owner's manual unfortunately, so I don't know, I'm the second owner of the car. I bought it from a second hand dealer.
Have you tried searching online for it? It took all of about 10 seconds to find this, which recommends changing transmission fluid at 37,500 mile intervals:

What does it say in your owner's manual?

always insist a dealer includes the manual before buying
I didn't know the owners manual was online, thanks for that, I tried to buy a a manual from a Vauxhall dealer in the UK(Chevrolet cars were sold at Vauxhall dealers), the parts operator told me Stellantis bought out PSA and don't stock anymore Chevrolet parts, including the manual. Thanks for this.
