Hi Scotty I have a 1992 Honda Accord with 225000 miles on it shifts kind of ruff I checked the transmission fluid it looks alright not great but definitely not Burnt I was wondering if I should change the fluid and filter or should I just let it go

When was the fluid and filter last changed?

The transmission is on its way out. Be prepared for imminent failure.
