2007 Hyundai Sonata limited 3.3L v6 when i bring car up to 40mph then let gas pedal go and let the car roll the rpm fluxuate up and down. Car shifts fine nothing wrong just does that. I don't know what it is causing that?

I assume there is no code. Start with cleaning the throttle body.
Yes, there isnt a code. Could it be a sensor?
It could be, but start with simple things.

Clean the MAF, throttle body, check the engine air filter. Check to see if there's any leaks. Do the simple and cheap things first.
