Hi,
I live in Columbus, Ohio and am looking at an 08 Avalon XLS with 105 K one owner original Florida car being sold through a local Honda dealer. Has pics available as well as Carfax. The catch is they want $12 K. The Kelly Blue Book fair value is between 8-9 K. I have a tendency to agree. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Joe

They're asking too much.
Bring it to a good mechanic to look over.
I'm very leery about cars from Florida (they just had a big hurricane in October). Car may have flood damage, look closely for that.
Carfax isn't all that reliable.

Way too much money for that car. Even half of that price is still too much. I would keep looking.
