I have a 1998 Buick Lasabre with 294K miles. I have the oil changed every 3000 miles and only drive the car locally. The oil pressure gauge jumps to almost 120 when I start it and also with acceleration when driving. What is the average cost for replacing the oil pump at a dealership?

A lot. Try looking it up on repairpal.com or getting quotes from multiple shops.
