Do you need to warm up hybrid engine (not rotors)?

Hi,

I always turn on my car (non-hybrid) for at least 30 seconds before driving so that the engine can have enough lubrication to prevent wear and tear.  If the hybrid like Sienna 2021, will it cause more wear and tear of the engine when it is turned on during high speed after the electric rotors stop?  Any information on this?  thank you.

I know Scotty has a video out stating that we don't need to warm the engine before immediately driving.  But I just want to make sure the engine gets enough lubrication.

I’ve never warmed my Prius. I’m at 298K+ Miles.

The modern engines are designed so the wear is minimal (compared to old cars) for driving right away after the engine starts.
just one question for you: how do you want to warm up the gas engine in a hybrid car?

Hi Yaser,

Maybe turning on the engine on for a few seconds then turn it off before starting driving using the rotors only at low speeds? Do Sienna hybrid have that option?
