Avoiding Frost on Windshields in the Morning

I have a 2014 Honda Civic with 250500 miles.  How can I decrease the amount of ice from frosts and freezes on my car windows overnight?  Will rubbing alcohol and water mix or the vinegar and water mix potentially lead to paint loss or impact the glass?  Are there any other methods?  Thanks.

are you talking about the inside or outside of the windshield.

If it's inside then you have a water leak or you're storing moist things inside.

Frost on the outside is very easy to deal with!

Just put a tarp or cardboard or something over it at night. In the morning take it off for frost free glass. quick and easy and no chemicals needed.

Thanks.  I added cardboard to the outside of my windows to help decrease the expected freeze impacts on my car windows tonight.
