2018 Nissan rogue power drain

hello all, recently got back from a trip and my car started fine. Next day my car won’t start. Looked at the voltages and was low. After getting the car cranked with a jump box it recharges the battery fully. But after shutting the car off I noticed a .01v drop/ second and at times .02/second. But as soon as I pull the cables off the terminals the battery “recharges” I know that’s not right or at least it doesn’t seem right because I have nothing going to the battery, so I’m assuming there’s a drain going on here but not sure if the battery is an issue as well or not. Any ideas? Also anyone know anything about the relays in this vehicle? I’m not a fan of the layouts of this vehicle as a couple relays are attached to one and to replace one you have to replace all?

The tiny changes in voltage you are describing are completely normal.

To properly diagnose a parasitic drain you should measure current.

It's not a bad idea to have your alternator & battery load tested.
