I own 2 Toyotas and I do the oil changes, I normally use the "Toyota" engine oil, but it is semisynthetic... do you think it's BETTER for the engine to use some other brand in full synthetic? or keep using the one they use in the dealership (with the Toyota label)?

There is no reason to use Toyota-branded oil. (Toyota doesn't make engine oil, they buy it from an oil company and put the Toyota name on the label.) You can use any leading brand of oil that meets Toyota specifications for your vehicles.
