16oz of golden eagle stop leak additive got put into my old Nissan cvt transmission. The car has not been started or moved. I believe this is an incompatible fluid.
What should be the next steps to minimize risk of damage? I was thinking of doing a drain and refill with 5 quarts that usually comes out.
You left out a few details that are requested in the posting instructions.

After 20 years and that many miles the CVT is very likely pretty worn to begin with. Those Jatco CVTs Nissan uses are not very good. You've already beaten the odds at this point if you've gotten 150K miles out of it.
Be that as it may, draining and refilling probably about the best you're going to be able to do short of a complete fluid exchange. Be sure to use Nissan OEM fluid.
