Where have you looked aside from the dealer? Depending on where you are located there could be about a kajillion places to look. It might help if the existing seal has a visible part number, it may be a standard part.

It's probably because you need to remove the transfer case from the vehicle to change it.
At that point (it's a bit of work and cost), most owners would choose to put back a rebuilt/remanufactured unit rather than having to drop it again a few months down the road.
in any case, you first need to find out the transfer case model. It's usually stamped into an ID plate on it somewhere or cast into the housing. Then just start googling. "transfer case XXYYZZ seal"
