Hello! I aprecciate very much your professional attention!

1st question: The culprit is a Rav4 AWD 2003, 2.0 gas vvti, 170.000km, manual tranny. When i go underneath the car and i rotate the driveshaft by hand it rotates a bit and then it stops in a metallic clunk. is that normal?

2nd question would be: could a worn clutch/pressure plate cause acceleration jerkyness (that is most obvious is first and second gears). By acceleartion jerkyness i mean when is already in first 1st gear and i press the gas pedal the car jerks, and if i release the foot off the pedal the car jerks due to what seems to me like very harsh engine brake.

and finally the third question: My transfercase recomends SAE 80w90 oil, is it ok to replace old fluid with just SAE 90?

Thank you so much!

As for the fluid that's fine. But if you do get jerky clunkiness it could be the drive shaft it's worn too much they have a little bit of play but a little bit too much play will cause clunkiness clutch is generally don't do that they either slip or they don't slip

I will attach a youtube video of it moving, hope it helps: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/BU2-V8OygNs?&ab_channel=redditguy
