I have a Lincoln MKX 2006 125,000 miles I took it in to get my axel seal done it was leaking. Got the car back and now it’s loud car is vibrating and shaking a little and jerks a little when driving. Could this be another problem? Is it the transmission? The mechanics I took it to aren’t very nice and say it has nothing to do with a little leak. I don’t want to get the run around and talked to like I don’t know what I’m talking about can you help! Thanks

It's possible they may have damaged something while working on the car, but then again it's a 15-year-old vehicle so it's going to be difficult to prove that it's not due to unrelated wear. Can you upload a video that demonstrates the noise? Do you feel the vibration in the steering wheel?
